Juan Liévano

Juan is a mathematician (Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá) with a master’s degree in pure mathematics (IMPA, Rio de Janeiro). He has worked as an industry machine learning engineer at Quantil in Bogotá. As an intern at CHAI he will work with Dr. Benjamin Plaut on reinforcement learning algorithms designed to work in contexts where agent errors have irreversible costs.
